Blind bags contain 10 mini pins (students+heroes) which were randomly pulled from leftovers after making sets (because manufacturer didn’t send an equal amount of each type of pin). The only selection going into the bags was making sure there were no repeats within bags, but if you buy more than one bag you may get repeats.
